Text and images are taken from customer's site to be incorporated within the ad. 
A first draft is submitted for review within 5 business days of order. 
Once the ad has been approved by customer, any changes will be an additional charge. 

Spam Free Design will make their best effort to provide quality designs. 

Spam Free Design will not return collected fees for services.
